Dr. Ashley Paz, PT, DPT, CSCS

Sports Physical Therapist | Strength & Conditioning Specialist

Dr. Ashley Paz is a sports physical therapist specializing in athlete rehabilitation and performance. A former Division I water polo player at CSU Bakersfield, she competed internationally and in the MPSF conference, facing Olympic-level talent –an experience that fueled her understanding of athletic performance and resilience. After a major rotator cuff injury that required surgery, ended her collegiate career, Ashley discovered her passion for physical therapy during her own rehab journey.

Her evidence-based approach blends strength and conditioning with personalized rehab to help athletes move better, feel stronger, and return confidently to their sport.
