Dr. Ashley Paz, PT, DPT, CSCS
Sports Physical Therapist | Strength & Conditioning Specialist
Dr. Ashley Paz is a sports physical therapist specializing in athlete rehabilitation and performance. A former Division I water polo player at CSU Bakersfield, she competed internationally and in the MPSF conference, facing Olympic-level talent –an experience that fueled her understanding of athletic performance and resilience. After a major rotator cuff injury that required surgery, ended her collegiate career, Ashley discovered her passion for physical therapy during her own rehab journey.

She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from West Coast University in 2023 and holds a CSCS certification with over seven years of personal training experience. Her evidence-based approach blends strength and conditioning with personalized rehab to help athletes move better, feel stronger, and return confidently to their sport.

Outside the clinic, Ashley enjoys powerlifting, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. Her work is grounded in faith, purpose, and a deep commitment to helping others live active, pain-free lives.
